Lily Allen spent the fist day of 2009 frolicking with her new silver-haired boyfriend off the coast of St. Barth on a luxury yacht.
According to reports, 23-year old Lil's new guy is a 45-year old English art gallery owner named Jay Jopling, who also happens to be friends with the singer's dad.
